A mind in chaos, and when you start cleaning up, you end up repairing the radio-controlled sailboat you found. What does life look like for Fredi, who lives with an ADHD diagnosis? The centre of attention at a party, or the one breaking the peace at a Finnish buffet line? Is a morning walk on the African savanna among predators a threat or an opportunity? Living with an ADHD diagnosis is not the easiest task in the world. Medicine and experts in neuropsychology have already made our lives much easier compared with the days when we were little children in the 1970s. It’s great to meet people and talk with them, and to move around at parties from table to table listening to people’s stories, but when I get home, I sleep for a week because my brain is jammed like a rusty diesel engine found in a barn. Come and listen as Fredi Lilius uses comedy to open up the four-way traffic jam inside his head and life with ADHD.
