About these terms
These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to the use of the website of VibeVenue Oy (“we”, “us”, the “Website”) and to the purchase of gift cards through it. By using the Website or buying a gift card you accept these Terms.

We are the seller of any gift card you purchase.
The Website is hosted on our behalf by Remy App Oy, which provides the technical platform only and is not a party to your gift-card purchase.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, to submit unlawful or misleading content, or to extract data by automated means without our permission.
Contact form
If the Website provides a contact form, you agree to provide accurate information and only your own contact details. Submitting the form does not create any obligation on our part. We process the personal data you submit as described in our privacy policy.

Purchasing a gift card
When you buy a gift card through the Website:
- you enter into a purchase contract with us, the Restaurant, as seller;
- the price and value of the gift card are shown before you confirm your purchase;
- you are responsible for providing correct delivery details, such as the recipient email address;
- the gift card is issued once payment is completed.
Payment is handled by our payment provider Stripe. Your card details are processed by the payment provider, not stored by us.
Redeeming a gift card
- Gift cards are redeemable in-restaurant only, against food and drink, on presentation of the valid gift-card code or voucher.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are not reloadable, unless required by law.
If the value of your order is less than the gift card, remaining balance is retained for later use.
Validity period: the gift card is valid until 12 months from the date of purchase.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the gift card, under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act and EU distance-selling rules. To use this right, notify us within 14 days using the contact details above, and we will refund the amount you paid.
Refunds and problems
If a gift card is not delivered, does not work, or is not as described, contact us and we will put it right, which may include re-issuing the gift card or refunding you. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer under Finnish law.
Intellectual property
The content of the Website – including text, images, logos and branding – is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but not copy or use it commercially without our permission.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to third-party services such as maps, reservation or social media platforms and the payment provider. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Availability and liability
The Website and its content are provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free or current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, or our liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. If you are a consumer, you may also bring disputes before the competent Finnish courts or the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta), and you retain any mandatory rights under Finnish consumer law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page.
Changes do not affect gift cards already purchased before the change took effect.
